No repeat of gas pain

AROUND THIS time last year, many hotels, initially along the West Coast, were in crisis.

Natural gas was at an all-time low and restaurants and hotels were having extreme difficulty in providing meals for their guests and operating their laundries.

The problem quickly spread to some South Coast establishments and now, one year later, the MIDWEEK NATION checked with some of them for an update.

At Accra Beach Hotel, general manager Suresh Monickoraja said they were still feeling the effects from that time but overall they were doing better than ever.
