Another remanded in Nut Man’s death

THE THIRD MAN charged with murdering Randy “Nut Man” Selman was remanded to HMP Dodds yesterday.

Terry Caldron, 26, of no fixed place of abode, was not required to plead when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.

Selman, 38, was gunned down at his home at No. 50 Golden Rock, The Pine, St Michael, on September 23.

Two other men, Recardo Reco Lamar Best, 27, of Clapham Main Road, and 17-year-old Teshon Richard Anthony Moore, of No. 32 Wildey Gardens, both in St Michael, appeared before the Chief Magistrate accused of Selman’s murder, use of a firearm and serious bodily harm, on October 6.

They were both remanded to HMP Dodds until November 3.

Caldron was also not required to plead to the charges that he, with intent to harm, maim, disfigure or disable Trevor Ramsay, did serious bodily harm to Ramsay; and using a gun while committing serious bodily harm, all on September 23.

He also returns to court on November 3. (RA)
