One more new COVID case

One person went into isolation on Sunday after testing positive for COVID-19, while three others were discharged from the facility at Harrison Point, St Lucy.

The new case is a 56-year-old female visitor who arrived on British Airways on October 15 and was positive on her second test.

Eleven people are in isolation and 203 people have recovered from the viral illness. Barbados has recorded 222 cases of COVID-19 since the start of the outbreak. There were seven deaths.

The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory conducted 361 tests yesterday. The total number of tests completed so far is 30,602. (BGIS)
