The Royal Barbados Police Force has reminded drivers that they will be encountering long lines of slow moving traffic. Therefore, drivers, “mainly females”, are advised not to display their handbags, wallets, purses and other valuables in view of the public.

Additionally, female drivers are reminded to be extra vigilant, especially at night. On reaching major stops and junctions, they are advised to ensure vehicle windows and doors are locked and secured. (PR)
