Hanschell Inniss team member tests positive for COVID-19

Management of Hanschell Inniss said in a statement on Sunday that the compound and Sales Centre were professionally cleaned this weekend after a staff member tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

A statement on the company’s Instagram page said Hanschell Inniss Limited and the Sales Centre remain open for business.

“On Saturday, January 16, 2021, a team member in our warehouse returned a positive COVID-19 test result.

“Internal contact tracing immediately commenced with our organisation and all team members who are considered to be a primary contact in accordance with the guidance of testing . . . are now self-isolating and will be tested.”

The company said external partners were contacted and it would work closely with health officials to ensure the safety of staff, customers and partners. (PR)
