The Glebe Polyclinic, The Glebe, St George; Edgar Cochrane Polyclinic, Wildey, St Michael and St Philip Polyclinic will close tomorrow to facilitate the COVID-19 vaccination programme for people over age 70, and for those aged 18 to 69 who have non-communicable diseases.

Vaccinations are being done by appointment only.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness said in a statement today that people should wait until they are contacted before going to the polyclinics.

“This is in an effort to ensure that members of the public have an opportunity to receive their vaccinations in an orderly and transparent manner, recognising that some groups will inherently have more risks than others,” the statement said. (BGIS)
