POLICE BUSTED a drug landing yesterday morning at the secluded waters along Harrismith Beach near Bottom Bay, St Philip.

Residents in the area reported that the police also captured some men who tried to escape by running between the houses in the rural neighbourhood.

When a MIDWEEK NATION team arrived on the scene, several police officers were spotted behind an abandoned property on grounds said to be associated with the old Sam Lord’s Castle Hotel.

Reports indicate that several packages and a boat were seized. (MB)
