Education meeting cancelled

The Conversation with the Minister of Education scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. today was cancelled.

A circular signed by acting Chief Education Officer Joy Adamson directed principals of all public and private schools to inform staff, stated classes should continue as scheduled and apologised for the inconvenience.

Teaching and non-teaching staff were scheduled to meet with Minister of Education Santia Bradshaw and other education officials today at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium to discuss plans for the upcoming Trinity term which is scheduled to begin on April 20, 2021. (SAT)
