Transport Board to launch "cashless system" on October 1. (FILE)

The Transport Board has announced that it is operating a reduced bus service today. As such, the last bus from Bridgetown will leave at 8 p.m. according to a bulletin from the board.

Most businesses were closed today as a result of ashfall from the explosive eruption of La Soufriere Volcano in St Vincent, which began on Friday.  (PR)
