Four more COVID cases, 11 recoveries

The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory recorded four new positive cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, April 13 in Barbados.

The cases, two males and two females, were identified from among the 153 tests conducted.

Additionally, 11 people recovered, while 85 remain in isolation.

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases is 3 744 (1 819 females and 1 925 males), and there were 3 634 recoveries and 44 deaths.

The public health laboratory carried out 146 728 tests since February 2020.

To date, 65 873 vaccinations were administered to 27 137 men and 38 736 women as part of the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19. (BGIS)
