Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners (BAMP) has been a watchdog, monitoring Government’s management of the illness.

It has been a delicate dance of enforcing the public health protocols, while allowing economic activity to continue – balancing lives and livelihoods.

In this episode of State Of Our Nation, BAMP president Dr Linda Williams talks with journalist Colville Mounsey about COVID-19 testing, the rise of variants, enforcing the public health protocols, vaccinations and handling mass gatherings.
