A national netball player has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

It comes just one week after the Bajan Gems resumed trials at the Gymnasium of the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex, Wildey, St Michael.

Nation News was reliably informed that the player attended training but did not contract the virus from the sessions.

Training has been suspended and all players and officials will be tested. (AGB)
