The Immunisation Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness said today that it is not the ministry’s policy to mix coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines.

“People who were given the AstraZeneca vaccine as a first dose will receive the same vaccine as their second dose. The ministry will always be transparent about which vaccines are being administered to members of the public. At present, only the AstraZeneca vaccine is being used,” a statement said. (BGIS)
