President of the Barbados Association of Professional Engineers (BAPE), Trevor Browne, joins multimedia journalist Colville Mounsey on this edition of State of Our Nation to discuss Barbados’ building code.

Thousands of homes sustained damage when Hurricane Elsa passed Barbados in last Friday and many people are still picking up the pieces.

Browne says it is time to enforce the code.
