Passengers in a car which crashed on the Mighty Grynner Highway tonight escaped serious injury.
The occupants of the vehicle declined to comment but it appeared to be a single-car accident.
The car was extensively damaged with the fender on the ground. It reportedly struck an electrical box by the Brighton junction.
There were no police officers or ambulances on the scene.
It was said officers had already attended the accident when the Nation team arrived. (CA)
