Cyclist injured in accident

A cyclist complained of chest pains and suffered abrasions on the arms after an accident along Halton Road, St Philip earlier Saturday.

He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.

The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. and involved a minibus and the cyclist. Both were travelling east along the same road, with the cyclist in front, when the collision occurred.

Police investigations are ongoing. (PR/SAT)
