Barbadian professional surfers Chelsea Tuach and Josh Burke performed commendably at the WRV Outer Banks Pro 2021 in Nag’s Head, North Carolina, despite not making it past the quarter-final stages in their respective divisions.

Burke was eliminated at the round of 16 stage in the men’s division, while Tuach reached the quarter-finals before her journey ended.

Additionally, another Barbadian surfer Ocean Gittens withdrew from the Round of 96 where he would have squared off with Americans Magno Pacheco and Raiki Nishida.

Pacheco advanced from that heat with a score of 12.85 while Nishida advanced second with his total of 11.85. (NM)
