Stalls at the Oistins Bay Garden in Christ Church are closed at this time, hours before what should have been start of preparations for one of the busiest periods.

Nation News understands at least one vendor in the complex tested positive for COVID-19 and there are also reports of cases among staff of the National Conservation Commission, who oversee the facility.

Craft vendors who operate there have also been affected.
