Three more die from COVID-19

Acting prime minister, Santia Bradshaw announced that three more people have died from COVID-19.

Barbados’ death toll from the viral illness now stands at 62.

Three men, aged 61, 81 and 87, all died during last night at the Harrison Point Isolation Facility in St. Lucy.

Health authorities said they all had comorbidities and were unvaccinated.

Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
