82-year-old woman succumbs to COVID

An 82-year-old Barbadian woman died from COVID-19, today, Saturday, November 20, at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility.

She was unvaccinated.

Her death brings the number of people who have died from the virus to 207.

Acting Minister of Health and Wellness, Senator Dr Jerome Walcott, extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. (BGIS)
