Man to know fate for having flare gun

An act of desperation to get money for rent landed Shaquille Ricarla Caldron in hot water three years ago.

Today, he should know what this action will cost him when he reappears in the No. 2 Supreme Court.

The 26-year-old, of Thorne’s Gap, Land’s End, St Michael, had previously pleaded guilty before Justice Randall Worrell to having a 12-gauge modified flare gun on December, 20, 2018.

“I would like to apologise to the court, my family and society. This remand time I am doing in jail, I really learn a great lesson from it, Sir. I would really like to get back outside to go home and get a second chance and never be in this predicament again, and continue my working ways if given the chance to get out,” he told the judge.
