Woman undergoing surgery after stabbing incident

A woman is undergoing surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after a stabbing incident in The City on Saturday morning.

Police confirmed that two women were involved in the altercation along Synagogue Lane, resulting in one sustaining a stab wound.

She ran to the nearby Central Police Station on Coleridge Street and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

No identities have been released as yet. (SAT)
