Shakira Carlann Blackman, 31, of 4th Avenue Park Road, Bush Hall, St Michael was on Friday charged with the murder of Shanice Miller on November 28, 2021.
The accused is expected to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court today. (PR)
