1 oz Mount Gay Eclipse
1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
1 oz Pine Hill Dairy Sorrel Juice
1 oz Cherry Syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir
Strain the cocktail into a Coupe Glass
Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary
Accentuate with bruce spruce mist for aroma
