Barbados Light & Power Company said on its Instagram Page a short while ago that teams are working to identify the cause of an outage and restore power to customers as soon as it is safe to do so.
“We are aware that several of our customers are without electricity supply at this time due to a widespread power outage,” BL&P said.
The outage occurred this afternoon and some customers quickly posted comments on social media. (Nation News)
