The Faith Marshall-Harris Sandy Lane Charitable Trust Children’s Helpline (FM-H SLCT helpline) is sending out an appeal to people to inform the helpline about any children in need or in distress.

In a flyer which it is circulating, the helpline, which operates on a 24-hour basis, is appealing to adults in particular to contact the helpline and provide information about these children.

The flyer states: “If you know a child under 18 who needs us; who needs counselling, who needs a problem sorted; who is hungry, abused or neglected; who has no device or internet access nor opportunity to participate in online classes, call us at FM-H SLCT Helpline.”

It added: “Whether you are a parent, godparent, grandparent, neighbour or a concerned adult, please call or Whatsapp us. We will do everything in our power to help.” (MB)
