PdP, UPP join forces to contest General Election

Bishop Joseph Atherley, head of the People’s Party for Democracy and Development (PdP) announced a short while ago that the party will be joining forces with the United Progressive Party (UPP) to contest the January 19 General Elections.

The united team will contest the election under the title Alliance Party For Progress.

Atherley made the announcement during a press conference. He will lead the party.
