The right to vote is enshrined in the Constitution of Barbados. But thousands of people in quarantine or isolation – at home or in a Government-approved facility – are unable to do so on January 19.

Constitutional law attorney, Garth Patterson QC discusses this and more with Colville Mounsey this week on State Of Our Nation.
