The parents of a 20-year-old basketballer are still trying to find answers surrounding the shooting of their son.

Janelle Grant and Nathaniel Sealy have been unable to speak to their firstborn, Joshaz Grant, since he was shot during an altercation with police along White Hall, St Michael, on January 7.

He remains in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, having undergone surgery to have a bullet removed.

In an interview with the Sunday Sun yesterday, Janelle said the family was in a bind: they can’t speak to Joshaz, and they fear he may never walk again. (BA)
