One Barbadian student known to be studying in the Ukraine has left the country in light of the conflict with Russia.
A source confirmed that the student was trying to gain entry into another country.
Social media reports suggested the Barbadian had reached out to authorities here and The Nation was told they were “now waiting to hear from that student again”.
