State of Our Nation S2 Ep 5: The effects of war in Eastern Europe

About two weeks ago, Russia launched a military operation against neighbouring Ukraine.

It has now escalated into a war being fought on several fronts – both on the ground and via economic sanctions.

On this week’s State Of Our Nation, multimedia journalist Colville Mounsey say down with economist Jeremy Stephen to break down how the Ukraine crisis could impact Barbados’ economy, fuel prices, food prices and shipping.

They also discuss the issue of price controls.
