Two elderly people succumb to COVID-19; toll at 326

Barbados has recorded two more coronavirus (COVID-19) deaths.

On Saturday, March 12, an 87-year-old unvaccinated Barbadian male passed away from COVID-19.

A 77-year-old unvaccinated Barbadian female also succumbed to the virus this morning, Sunday, March 13.

This brings the total number of deaths related to COVID-19 in Barbados to 326.

The Minister of Health and Wellness, Ian Gooding-Edghill, has extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.  (BGIS)
