Syberton Marcelle Miller, who killed her husband, has been diagnosed as being pathologically jealous and suffering from a schizo-affective disorder.

So said Miller’s psychiatrist of the last 30 years, Dr Ermine Belle, yesterday.

Belle was testifying as Miller reappeared in the No. 3 Supreme Court.

Miller, 66, of 5th Avenue, Rowans Park North, St George, was arraigned yesterday and pleaded guilty to unlawfully killing – manslaughter – her husband Cecil Miller, a former chairman of the Barbados Tourism Product Authority, at their home between September 17 and 18, 2018.

She was represented by attorney Arthur Holder while Senior State Counsel Neville Watson appeared for the prosecution. (HLE)
