Hilda Skeene Blazers set the track on fire and captured all five titles in historic fashion to emerge champions of the Freida Nicholls Zone yesterday when the National Primary Schools’ Athletics Championships (NAPSAC) distance relay meet ended.

The unstoppable athletes from the east brought their brooms to the west at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex and delivered an unprecedented clean sweep in a memorable final session.

It was a day to remember and arguably the greatest performance of the zonal meets, with Hilda Skeene becoming the first and only school to win all the races in a single zone on the day’s schedule. (AG-B)
