Murder accused Kemal Mario Straker has filed a constitutional motion challenging the process by which his murder case was indicted at the High Court.

This was revealed by his attorney Bryan Weekes when Straker appeared in the No. 3 Supreme Court.

Last Friday, Straker, of Clapham Park, Christ Church, faced a charge of possession of a .45-semi-automatic pistol and nine rounds of ammunition.

In addition, he and seven other accused are facing a charge of murdering 30-year-old teacher Dwight Holder on August 6, 2015. That murder trial has been set for September 12. (HLE)
