Police are carrying out investigations into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of Romain Mayers of Greens, St George.
The incident occurred just after midnight on Thursday at Fairview Heights in the same parish.
Around 1 a.m., officers from District B Police Station responded to reports of gunshots being heard in the area. Mayers’ body was discovered and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
