Two men were involved in an altercation at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
Nation News understands it started in The Pine, St Michael and one went to the QEH ahead of the other. It spilled over to the healthcare institution when the second man arrived.
One man was injured and had to undergo surgery, while the other fled the scene.
Police are searching for him.
