Man succumbs to COVID-19

Another family has lost a loved one as a result of COVID-19.

A 77-year-old man died from the viral illness on Friday, August 5, taking the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Barbados to 499.

Minister of Health and Wellness, Ian Gooding-Edghill, has extended condolences to the families and friends of the deceased. (BGIS)

  1. All those people that lost they loved one’s to COVID-19 would be alive to day if you the border’s were close in Barbados.
