Police have arrested and charged Richard Ricardo Jordan, 51 years, with the murder of Gloria Leacock.
Jordan, of No Fixed Place of Abode, is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the Holetown Magistrates Court on Monday.
Leacock, 86, of Church Street, Speightstown, St Peter, was found dead in her home on July 23 after police received a report that friends and family members had been trying unsuccessfully to contact her that morning.
Last week, police said someone was in custody assisting with the investigations, but no charges had been laid at that time. (PR/SAT)
