Clarke and Stanford move up in police ranks

The Barbados Police Service celebrated the promotion of two inspectors on Tuesday.

Jefferson Clarke is now a Senior Superintendent, and Christine Stanford is now a Superintendent after their promotions to the positions were formalised on August 1.

Commissioner of Police Richard Boyce presented Clarke and Stanford with their letters of appointment in a brief ceremony held in the board room of police headquarters in Roebuck Street, Bridgetown.

Deputy Commissioner Ian Branch, along with Assistant Commissioners Sylvester Louis and Antonio Forte, as well as Acting Assistant Commissioners John Boyce and David Griffith were present to witness the presentation and offer commendations to their two colleagues.
