Man charged with cruelty to animal

A St. Michael man is to appear in court today on three charges: cruelty to animal, failing to license a dog and withholding information.

On September 16, 2022, police at the Hastings – Worthing Police Station arrested and formally charged Davino Shakell Howard, 28 years of Bullen’s Avenue Dalkeith Road.

He is expected to appear at the District A Criminal court.
