Man injured in shooting at Bottom Close

The Police at District ‘A’ Station are carrying out investigations into a shooting incident at Bottom Close, Wildey, St Michael, which left one man being treated for an injury to his neck.

The incident occurred about 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.

The victim, a young man, was taken for medical treatment by private vehicle.

Police are appealing to members of the public who may have witnessed the incident or have knowledge of it to call the District ‘A’ Station at 430-7242 or 7246, Police Emergency 211, Crime Stoppers at 1800-TIPS (8477) or the nearest police station.
