The Barbados Police Service destroyed 168 guns at Central Police Station on Sunday.

“These guns came into police custody through police investigations and others were returned by family members where the licenced holders are deceased,” said inspector Stephen Griffith.

He added lawmen would continue to “keep Barbados safe by removing as many guns from the streets as we can” and reminded the public to “say something if they see something”. (PR/SAT)
