Walton was shot about the body on that Kadooment Day while in an altercation with Clarke and Rashayne Aniel Blenman.

Blenman, also of Risk Road, had on Monday changed his plea from not guilty to guilty of non-capital murder and is awaiting sentencing.

Clarke’s attorney, Angela Mitchell Gittens, yesterday requested a pre-sentencing report, which Justice Carlisle Greaves ordered completed by December 15. (BA)
