St Michael man remanded on murder charge

Romono Anthony Drayton, 27, of School Lane, Halls Road, St. Michael was remanded to Dodds Prison . He has been charged with the murder of Simeon Legall.

Drayton appeared at the District D Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday where he was not required to plea to the indictable charge.

On November 10, 2022.  the body of 72-year-old  Legall, of Spring Farm, St Thomas was discovered at his residence. He was fatally beaten and not shot, as was rumoured.

His sister, Gothlene Hinds, made a gruesome discovery after not seeing him for a little more than 24 hours. (PR/AL)
