The derelict building from which the old Howard Supermarket formerly operated at Jackson, St Michael, is no more.

The eyesore and health hazard was demolished on Sunday morning.

Residents in the area complained that it posed a danger because it was crumbling and they feared it could collapse at any time.

It was also a haven for rodents and other pests. (SAT)
