The driver of a public service vehicle died on the spot at Charnocks, Christ Church.

Police say the incident occurred just before 2 p.m. today.

The vehicle lodged in a deep ditch along the side of the road.

The driver’s name has not been released, but he is 50 years old.

Police public affairs and communications officer, Inspector Rodney Inniss, says they have not ruled it a road fatality as they are not sure at this time if there was an underlying medical condition.

Investigations are continuing. (SAT)
