The female “Mastermind” who set up two men to rob popular fish vendor Stephen ‘Molly’ Small and who watched as one of them stabbed him numerous times, pleaded guilty to manslaughter yesterday.

Her boyfriend, who inflicted the fatal injuries, confessed to non-capital murder.

The two, Verena Isilma Vasilka Cuffy, of Wavell Gardens, Black Rock, St Michael, and Dave Fedel Aristide James, of Wavell Gardens, Black Rock, and Church Village, St Philip, were back in the No. 4 Supreme Court, where they were both arraigned with murdering Small, formerly of Henley, St John, on September 7, 2018.

Cuffy pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to manslaughter, and James guilty to non-capital murder. (HLE)
