Human remains found at Farm Road, St George

Police are investigating the discovery of human remains in a wooded area at Farm Road, St George.

Police Communications, and Public Affairs Officer (ag) Stephen Griffith said the discovery was reported about 6:30 am to the District B police station.

Family members believe the human remains to be that of  82-year-old Elmonda Theodore Husbands of Middleton, St George who went missing five months ago.

Anyone who may have information on the matter is asked to contact the Boarded Hall Police Station  at 437-4311, the Oistins Police Station at 418-2612 or Police Emergency at 211. (AL)
