Broadcaster Ken Richards passes in Dominica

Roseau – Former BBC broadcaster Ken Richards, died in his homeland of Dominica on Sunday morning.

Richards, who had been ailing for sometime, died at the Dominica China Friendship hospital after spending more than three weeks in the intensive care unit.

Throughout his career,  he worked at Government Information Service in Dominica, at the Dominica Broadcasting Station, Radio Antilles, Voice of the Island Radio, Observer in Antigua, WINN FM Radio St Kitts, Dominica News Online, and the BBC Caribbean Service in London.

He was 67 years old. (CMC)
